Orders placed on Friday afternoon or during the weekend may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

In some cases, shipments may be consolidated and sent in batches to support logistical efficiency.

5. Customs & Import Duties
For customers in the United Kingdom, most orders do not incur additional charges.
However, depending on the order value or local regulations, customs duties or import fees may apply.
Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery Risk & Liability
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility passes to the customer.
We are not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier service.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or non-collection, re-delivery or handling fees may apply.
7. Order Cancellations
Due to our automated fulfilment process, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
After this time, orders enter the processing stage and can no longer be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
